I bought this for my wife for Christmas from our daughter. All I can is Wow! what an experience. Mark made us both feel very welcome and made sure we were comfortable around the magnificent birds but more importantly that they were comfortable around us.

Being close to such amazing creatures is wonderful but to fly them is simply amazing. Having been to quite a number of falconry displays, I can safely say that nothing you will have seen quite prepares you for or comes close to this.

Thank you Mark for sharing your extensive knowledge and beautiful birds with us. Good luck with the move.

Many thanks. David & Suzy

My wife treated me to the Norfolk Owl Experience as my Christmas present, and on Saturday the 23rd January 2010 we met with Mark & his family of Owls. It was an amazing experience, being introduced to each type of owl seperately, and being able to hold it while asking Mark questions in a very relaxed atmosphere.

I have seen owls at county fairs before, but until now I had never seen such a close bond between them and a person, it has given me an insight into a side of their character that I might never have known (especially the Barn Owl).

Then we took "Bilbo" the Indian Eagle Owl for a walk in the countyside, which was just fantastic, and Mark continued to explain different aspects of training & owl behavior.

Thanks to Mark for making the day something I will never forget, and I will definately be visiting again!

My daughter has got me many things for fathers day over the years but this was by far the best. I went along for my couple of hours with Bilbo and Mark on Sunday 18th October 2009. My wife came along with me and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Well done Mark for putting a lot of effort into this venture.

Mark thanks for a fantastic day, took my father for a bird of prey experience and the boys for an owl walk and hawk walk, you included us all, we had a great day and would recommend Norfolk Falconry to all.

Boys have not stopped talking about it since we got back. Your birds are fantastic, the boys learnt so much about birds of prey. We will certainly be visiting again.

Thanks again.

25th July I had a wonderful day flying out with Mark, he made the day very enjoyable and very relaxing as he was able to put you at ease and tell you all about the birds you were flying. It was amazing being able to fly the birds especially the Harris Hawk in the woods and have it land on your hand so silently and quickly through the trees especially when you had just got the food in your glove and then all of a sudden the bird would be on your hand (amazing).

I would definately do the bird of prey experience again. Once again thank you Mark for a lovely day.

I really enjoyed myself.

I have always been interested in owls & birds of prey in general so I thought that I would treat myself & fiance Jo to an owl experience. Both Jo & I found that Mark is very knowledgeable about his birds and the talk he gave was extremely interesting including Mark's own views on birds of prey.

The most special part of the experience was to get up close to the birds and actually be able to handle & fly them.

If I could I would be back every day after work to help wind down, flying the owls was most rewarding & relaxing.

Thank you so much Martin & Jo

I was given the Owl experience as a birthday present and actually went on my birthday with our best friend who's birthday was the next day. I suppose I kind of expected just to hold 1 or 2 and stroke them, but WOW was I wrong!!!

We first got to hold a Barn Owl, then an Indian Eagle Owl and lastly the Snowy Owl. Then we got to take 2 of them to a field where we watched 'Ice' the Snowy demonstrating her hunting prowess and finally had several turns at 'Bilbo' flying to us for food. The whole experience was amazing and our observer partners got to have a go at holding and flying them too. Which I was pleased about as it made them very much part of it.

I have put my photographs on facebook and have had several enquires from friends who wish to do the same. I cannot recommend it to them enough and shall hopefully be doing something similar very soon!!!

PS I think I am in love with a certain Indian Eagle Owl...................love ya Bilbo!!!

I was taken on the owl experience as a birthday present from my sister because she knows how much I love owls. I knew it would be good because owls were involved but it was even better than I could of imagined!

Aswell as getting close to many species of owls, which I would have been more than happy with I was allowed to hold, stroke and feed them. It was amazing to see such beautiful creatures so close up and to have that one to one contact with them was the best experience ever.

It was also extremely educational and informative. Getting the chance to fly Bilbo was awesome! It was an experience I'll never forget, would certainly recommend and plan to take my son on very soon!

Many thanks to Mark for sharing these wonderful owls.

I have just come back from my Owl Experience and can honestly say it was absolutely brilliant! To have the chance to get that close to some of the most beautiful creatures on the planet is not to be missed.

Mark is very friendly and really knowledgeable. You get the opportunity to meet Barn Owls, A Snowy owl, European eagle owl and to meet and fly an Indian eagle owl called Bilbo. Bilbo is amazing, to see her swooping towards you is a once in a lifetime opportunity. You may even get to see her fetch and retrieve a ball!

All the owls are friendly and keen to fly, Mark is obviously very fond of them and looks after them well. If you get the chance to do this take it, you wont be disappointed.

Thank you for a wonderful day and hope to do it again soon.
