Norfolk Falconry Age Guide

The Norfolk falconry age guide is as follows :

• 5 - 10 years old - Barn owl and Kestrel

under adult supervision.

• 10 - 16 years old - Harris hawk and Indian eagle owl

under adult supervision.

• 16 + Up to and including Red tail Hawk and European eagle owl subject to your strength.

If Norfolk falconry feel you or your child is not strong enough to carry a particular bird of prey safely, Norfolk falconry reserve the right to down size the birds of prey you or your child may hold.
