Norfolk Falconry Terms and Conditions

In these terms the reference to we us means Norfolk Falconry and the reference to you means the person purchasing the goods, the shop means our Internet purchasing method.

Your falconry experience will be a one on one experience, for this reason you need to book in advance, I suggest at least 2 months before you wish to have your falconry experience.

You will have 365 days from the time you purchase your voucher to redeem your voucher.

There will be no refunds.

The falconry voucher is transferable, this allows you to gift the voucher.

Norfolk falconry and you may reschedule the experience at any time, which allows for bad weather / illness / overweight birds / unforseen circumstances.

All experiences start at 10:30 AM

Prices shown on Norfolk Falconry do not include postage and packing. Norfolk Falconry is based in the UK ( United Kingdom )

Norfolk Falconry will deliver to most worldwide countries, however we reserve the right to refuse to ship to countries undergoing war, acts of God and other disruptions as we see fit that may mean your package will not arrive, or arrive damaged. In this instance you will be refunded immediatly and your order cancelled.

Norfolk Falconry accept Paypal and use Paypal as our online card proccessor, ensuring your and our safety during the online transaction, at no time are your card details stored on our server, website or own computers.

If, prior to delivery, you decide to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible. The cancellation will only be effective once we have acnowledged your request by email. In any case, once your order has been marked shipped, it is too late to cancel your order as it will be in the hands of our couriers.

Inline with the Distance Selling regulations 2000, you have 7 days to return your item should you decide you have a problem with it, after the 7 day grace there will be NO REFUNDS

Norfolk Falconry will always contact you at the address you have given unless you advise otherwise.
Where payment is by credit or debit card transaction the person ordering must be the credit card holder or have the holders authorisation. Should the cardholder deny authorisation at a later stage, criminal charges may be brought against the person placing the order. The billing address must be the address at which your payment card is registered.

By shopping at Norfolk Falconry you agree to allow us to use your personal details to fulfill your order. We will not pass your details to any other person or company. By placing a tick that you have read these terms and conditions, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
